Robinson Lodge met in Stated Communication
at 7:30pm at Robinson Lodge, located at 6919
Applegate Lane, Louisville, KY. The officers
were in their stations; check the Tiler's
register for names:

Acting Secretary: Ray Spann
Treasurer: Jackie Ramsey, PM
Senior Deacon: Dave Peters, PM

Junior Steward: David Mahuron, PM
Chaplin: Don Hodges, PM
Tiler: Art Wilson, PM
The Lodge was opened in form on the Master
Mason Degree, after prayer by Brother Don
Hodges, PM the pledge of Allegiance was lead
by Worshipful Master Bill Wise. Worshipful
Master Bill Wise welcomed everyone; we did
not have any visitors.
Worshipful Master Bill Wise called for the
proficiency examination of Brother Fred
McBride. The Lodge was called from labor to
refreshment and opened on the Entered
Apprentice Degree; Brother McBride gave his
proficiency and was voted proficient in the
Entered Apprentice Degree. Lodge was then
closed on the Entered Apprentice Degree, and
called from refreshment to labor on the
Master Mason Degree. Worshipful Master Bill
Wise called for the reading of the minutes.
Brother Ray Spann read the minutes from
September 16, 2010, minutes were approved as
read.
Worshipful Master Bill Wise called for:
Unfinished Business: Brother Secretary read
the items coming before the Grand Lodge
Communications and discussion was held on
the items.
Deaths: There were no deaths to report.
New Business: Worshipful Master Bill Wise
talked about the Holstner, Siebert, Price
Dinner coming up on December 2, 2010, and
announced that we will need help putting on
this event. Worshipful Master Bill Wise let
us know that we will have a planning meeting
on Thursday, November 11, 2010. Worshipful
Master Bill Wise let us know about the
Christmas Party that is planned for the
children Saturday, December 11, 2010 at
2:00pm; Plumb Lodge will be joining us in
putting on this party. Brother Don Flatt and
Brother Jim Taylor will clown for the party
and a donation will be made. Brother Joe
Mattingly, PM passed out a questionnaire and
wanted all the members to take a copy.
Worshipful Master recognized Brother Wheeler
Hughes' Birthday, November 5, 2010; Brother
Hughes will be 94 years old.
Brother Scott Elliot brought to the Lodge
Floor about supporting some of the charities
in the community like Crusade for Children,
etc. Brother William Brown, stated that one
of the functions of Robinson Square Club's
was to support some of the charities, needs
of the Lodge such as new uniforms for the
degree team, pay a members rent or buy
groceries etc. Brother Brown suggested that
we get active in the community. Brother
Brown lives in Edmonson County and the
Mason's are very active in the community.
Worshipful Master Bill Wise stated that The
Square Club puts on functions mainly to
support the Square Club. Brother Paul Marro
stated that the Square Club has turned into
a Social Club to go and have a beer.
Communications and Bills: We received no
communications.

Sick Report: Brother Joe Mattingly, PM
reported on Brother Al Edlins foot, he is
coming right along with his recovery.
Brother Joe reported that his wife, Peggy is
going in for a MRI on her back. Brother Bill
Wise reported on himself and informed us
that he is getting along well.
Reports on Petitions: A Letter was received
from the Grand Lodge of Kentucky requesting
a letter waiver of Jurisdiction sent to the
Grand Lodge of Indiana requesting a waiver
of Jurisdiction for Dennis A. Bouvier 3014
Julian Drive New Albany, IN
502-889-0633. A Request for Waiver of
Jurisdiction was received from Camp Knox
Lodge No. 919 for Russell Ray Johnson - 6208
S. Watterson Trail - Louisville, KY - No
phone number was given on this request. An
investigating committee was appointed to
contact Russell Johnson, Brother Joe
Mattingly, Brother Bill Wise, and Russell
Grant. A petition for Reinstatement was
received from William Courtney Edlin
Brother Edlin is a former member of Robinson
Lodge No. 266. An Investigating committee
was appointed Brother Mike Baker, Brother
Ray Spann, and Brother Joel Anderson. A
Petition for the Degrees was received from
Robert Alexander Eaton, Jr. 1600 King of
Arms Court Apt D. Louisville, KY 40222
502-727-7639 upon several requests to
contact Mr. Eaton and messages left by
Brother Jim Taylor and calls not returned it
is the request that the $25.00 fee be
returned to Mr. Eaton. Motion was made and
seconded to refund the money, vote carried.
Good of the Order: Worshipful Master Bill
Wise went over his calendar.
With nothing more to come before Lodge, our
Chaplin, Brother Don Hodges, PM closed Lodge
in peace and harmony with a prayer at
